Shipping Cost

We ship worldwide. Shipping cost is automatically calculated in checkout page, based on the weight of your orders(basic shipping levels).  All orders would be shipped by guaranteed  UPS Worldwide Express  , TNT or EMS Express, at discounted rate. Fast and safe, with online tracking, and 3-4 days delivery time

Shipping cost of multiple orders would be combined and cut down. Combined shipping cost only applies within TEN days of the first item that you purchased. The orders on Fanplusfriend.com, Fan-store.net and our Ebay shop, can be combined together. Please e-mail us when you are done shopping/bidding, and we will consolidate all your items into a single invoice.

Custom taxes are charged by imported country, we can mark your package as low value to avoid possible custom taxes, but we CANNOT ensure that there is no custom taxes during the shipping, and would not take responsibility for taxes:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility.
- Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

We carry custom size for all make to order items.

how to better fit in a close body costume?

We do custom size for make-to-order items, no extra cost. For most instant size items, you may also chose "other size/color" to let us make you an custom size one, the extra fee is $5.

You may chose "custom", and put your measurement during checkout, or email any additional requirement (if have) to: order@fanplusfriend.com  with invoice NO., after payment.

Corset Sizes information

Please just chose the size according to your nature bust/waist (for standard size), or leave us your nature bust/waist (for custom made size).

Corsets are tailored according to your net body size. When you wearing the corset, you may tighten the bust/waist smaller, so do not give us after- adjust bust/waist data, we need your nature body data. 
a. For standard sizes corsets in the chart:

It tailored for average person 5 feet 5 inch (165cm) high.
And the bust/waist/hip is tailor as net size, that is, for example, the finial corset of US 10 would be tailored a bust and waist circumference at  34in,26 in, in the condition of the lacing up part totally loose.
b. Custom size corsets.
Beside the standard size choice, corsets can be custom made too, same as all other apparels of us. Custom size corset can be made according client's height, net bust, net underbust circumference, nature waist, hip, and other requirements on length, color, fabrics or wearing habit (for example,' the corset may be worn with thick blouses, leave extra 1 in on waist/bust for the inside blouse').
Custom making is a free service, no extra cost, unless there is special requirement on remaking pattern, change fabrics, etc.

Exchange Policies

Please make sure items fit according to measurements given on sizing charts or custom measure given as we do not give refunds. No return or exchange for custom size/color items.  

All pictures are actually and correctly taken, please check the size, description and auction pictures before purchase. No return for Cosplay Costumes.  

No return/exchange for underwear items and wigs because of sanitary reason.

We possibly use a little different pattern lace than catalog sample picture, but they are same quantity. We are a very small factory, and holding a comparative large catalog at same item, carrying custom sizes. So if for an item online for more than 1 year, each month we stock different material used in the remaking/restocking of this item, similar pattern but same quality laces used. A little difference on laces pattern should be acceptable.


Exchange may be acceptable for standard size and color items. The buyer can request exchange for same item in other size, if she/he ordered a standard size and color item. The buyer would be responsible for the shipping and handling fee of product returning.

If you prefer a size exchange, you must notify Customer Service by email within 48 hours of receiving your order. After they have given you authorization for a return, the item(s) must be received for exchange.

Fanplusfriend reserves the legal right to REFUSE unauthorized returns. All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached, and shipped back by methods having tracking number.

No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged. Fanplusfriend may allow a partial refund, a partial credit, or the garments are of the type or condition that they must be returned to you.

Commission Service

For our limit capability of new design making, we cannot replied all commission request, we can only reply part of the commission request.

Commission of new designs: If you have own idea, and want us to realize it, please just send us your requirement and reference picture linkages ( of photos, drawings, or Anime pictures ), for:

1. Apparel daily wearing tailored with personal requirement;
2. Special occasion dressing (EX: Wedding, Cosplay );
3. Uniform with custom need (in group or personal);
4. Performing costume project (Dance, Movie, etc).

Just before send your enquiry email, please read awhile the notification below:
When we accept commission according to client’s description, requirement, personal measurement and reference pictures, we would make all we can to effect client’s requirement as accurately as possible, and would clarify all we can to clients before ordering/making. But it’s impossible that the finished work is exactly same as the reference pictures we received, the possible reason are as following: difference on fabrics, lace and material, color difference, client’s status, and especially for cosplay commission, the actual clothes pattern cannot achieve some requirement of Drawing Effects (such as a float shape hoop skirt without any inside prop, or all black threads in the costumes--that is because the edge of the original pictures was drawn in black--if you have this special requirement you need to inform us firstly before making, some of them is beyond our ability, some could be arranged. ).

Please note: commission orders are NO return or exchange.

We do not accept FREE sample commission request. A new clothes, especial decent quality with accurate details cosplay costume need hard work on pattern making, fabrics/accessories making/stock, redesign, sample making, adjustment and final confirmation. And many commission pattern only used once because they are very special.

All new clothes making would be start after received final order information and payment.
